10:47 AM — The LCSO has confirmed that an arrest has been made in connection to this incident.
Omar Castro, 21, was charged with one count of Aggrevated Battery with a Deadly Weapon after deputies say he stabbed another man outside of the Bonita Springs Poker Room on Saturday afternoon.
The victim sustained serious but non-life threatening injuries and is expected to be OK.
The nature of the incident is still unclear.

Lee County, FL — A man has been seriously injured after being stabbed multiple times at the Bonita Springs Poker Room at 28010 Race Track Road in Bonita Springs.
Bonita Springs Fire and Lee County EMS crews responded to the incident at 1:43 PM Saturday afternoon.
The LCSO confirms that the victim was stabbed in the parking lot of the Poker Room, where over a dozen evidence markers can be seen placed on the pavement.
Shortly after the stabbing, the victim drove away before stopping his vehicle on Race Track Rd outside of the Poker Room to meet with deputies.
The 21-year-old man sustained multiple stab wounds to the chest, abdomen, and arm and was transported as a "Trauma Alert" to Gulf Coast Medical Center.
Deputies say that the crime scene is still fluid and all traffic on Race Track Rd is being diverted away from the scene.
The Lee County Sheriff's Office is investigating.
